For centuries, the Church has been the steward of the greatest story ever told—the gospel. Jesus Himself used parables to illustrate deep spiritual truths, engaging His audience with relatable, transformative narratives. However, over time, particularly since the Enlightenment era, the Church shifted away from storytelling and adopted a more rationalistic, systematic approach to teaching. While doctrine and theological precision are vital, the absence of compelling narrative has left many people disengaged, disconnected, and struggling to see how their faith intersects with their daily lives.
